Our Story

Milena and Janet are two sisters from Bulgaria , that have been working in the Fashion
Industry for the past 15 years.
Growing up in communist Bulgaria, Milena and Janet’s have always been surrounded by
the love of beautiful fabrics and intricate designs, as their mother was the local tailor in their
home village.
Making clothes has been an integral part of their upbringing and the two woman inherited
their passion for clothing from an early age on.
Starting to work as Seamstresses in Bulgaria, they soon opened their first
Manufacturing Business in 2006.
Since 2010 Milena and Janet relocated their business to London, where there have been
working with some of London’s most innovative British designers.
As their London based Manufacturing business flourishes, both sisters have been working
on making their own garments and are finally launching their own Capsule Collection for
Spring/Summer 2016 under the name of ‘Milena & Janet’.
Inspired by the modern woman with a casual, yet sophisticated feminine elegance,
Milena & Janet strive to make beautiful clothing that transcendent from day to evening with
a strong focus on high quality natural Fabrics with the occasional use of an Intricate Laser
cut PVC.
All clothing are made to the highest Standards in their London Studio.
